Glaiza de Castro on quarantine probinsiya life: "Na-enjoy ko rin talaga siya."
GMA-7 actress Glaiza de Castro was able to enjoy a simple life in the province over the past few months.
The 32-year-old Kapuso actress and some members of her family, including Irish boyfriend David Rainey, got stranded at their rest house in Baler, Aurora, for seven months—from March to October—when the community quarantine protocols were implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Glaiza talked about her quarantine experience in Baler, Aurora, in an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press during Preview.ph's 25th-anniversary virtual event titled Preview @ 25 House Party on Saturday, December 5, 2020.
Glaiza said, "Na-enjoy ko yung rural life, yung provincial life kasi malayo sa traffic. Wala masyadong hassle, I guess. Very different from the city. Siguro maganda rin na iba yung environment so na-enjoy ko rin talaga siya."
During her stay, Glaiza was able to visit the Caunayan Falls and walked along Sabang Beach after the local government eased down their quarantine protocols.
These are also the places she would recommend others to visit once the local government of Aurora decides to open the province to tourism.
