A lecturer and a review coordinator in a review center in Manila, Ilongga beauty Rabiya Mateo joined the inaugural Miss Universe Philippines pageant representing Iloilo City.
Aside from winning the Best in Swimsuit award, Rabiya won the crown and the honor of representing the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant.
Rabiya reached the Top 21 selection in this pageant.
Regardless of how far she reached in the competition, her Filipino fans were very proud of her dedication, performance, and achievement at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant.
