Sinamahan sa stage si Regine Velasquez-Alacasid ng mga mang-aawit at kompositor sa finale ng Pinoy Playlist 2023: Gunita at Mga Bukas Music Festival.
Inawit ng Asia's Songbird ang komposisyon ni Philippine National Artist for Music Maestro Ryan Cayabyab na "Araw-Gabi." Inakompanyahan siya nina Maestro Ryan, Jona, Jed Madela, Ima Castro, Sweet Plantado-Tiongson, Trina Belamide, at Phi Palmos.
Sumama rin sa stage kalaunan ang asawa ni Regine na si Ogie Alcasid nang yayain niya ito.
Pinagkalooban si Regine ng Ryan Cayabyab Award for Excellence in Philippine Music sa huling gabi ng festival na ginanap nung October 1, 2023, Linggo sa Globe Auditorium ng BGC Arts Center, Taguig City.
