Ayon sa abogado ni Vic Sotto na si Atty. Enrique "Buko" dela Cruz Jr., inaprubahan ng korte ang petisyon nila para sa Writ of Habeas Data kaugnay ng reklamong inihain nila laban sa direktor ng "The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma" na si Darryl Yap.

Panoorin ang paliwanag ni Atty. dela Cruz tungkol sa Writ of Habeas Data laban kay Direk Darryl at kung ano ang mga sakop ng pagkakaapruba ng korte rito.
